My name is Cayden, and I am a high school student with a passion for vehicles and dedication to providing top-quality detailing services. What started as a hobby has grown into a business aimed helping vehicle owners like you keep your car looking brand new.
At Revive, we aim to provide high-quality vehicle detailing services. To ensure a smooth and transparent transaction, please review the following payment terms and conditions that apply to all our services:
1. Payment Structure
A 50% deposit is required prior to work beginning. This deposit will be deducted from the total service cost.
The remaining 50% balance is due upon completion of the service, before your vehicle is returned.
2. Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods for both deposits and balances:
Cash
Zelle
Cash App
Venmo
PayPal
*Fees may apply to online payment methods.
3. Cancellation Policy
You can cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours before the appointment time.
4. Refunds
Deposits are non-refundable after services have been completed.
If we are unable to complete the service for any reason (e.g., equipment failure, weather conditions), we will refund the full deposit.
5. Late Payments
The remaining balance must be paid in full upon completion of the service.
Failure to pay the balance may result in suspension or cancellation of future service appointments.
6. Price Adjustments
The price of services may vary depending on the vehicle’s condition or additional services requested. Any price changes will be communicated before we begin the service.
7. Discount Policy
All discounts, promotional codes, and coupons cannot be stacked. Coupons are always single use.
8. Additional Services
If additional services are requested beyond the original agreement, these will be billed separately and are due upon completion of the service.
9. Subscription Services
The Bi-Weekly Detailing Plan requires a minimum commitment of 2 months (4 appointments) to ensure consistent vehicle service.
The Quarterly Detailing Plan requires a minimum commitment of 1 year (4 appointments) to ensure consistent vehicle service.
After the initial minimum time period, your subscription will continue on a rolling basis unless cancelled
Your selected time slot will be reserved for all future appointments.
Failure to complete the minimum commitment may result in an early termination fee.
Subscriptions may be cancelled after the initial minimum time period with at least 7 days' notice before next scheduled appointment.
10. Utilities
Water and Electric must be provided to Revive Vehicle Detailing for each service. Utilities must be within 50 ft. of the service location.
11. Agreement to Terms
By booking your appointment with Revive Vehicle Detailing, you confirm that you have read and agreed to the above payment terms and conditions.
